The trade-offs, up front
An experienced owner will find these out anyway, so here they are first.
- Calendar sync is not instant — WStation reads Airbnb and Booking.com every minute, but they read WStation back about every two and three hours. For a last-minute booking, close the room by hand too.
- Prices stay on each site — Sync opens and closes nights. It does not change your rates or minimum stays on Airbnb or Booking.com.
- It is not a full channel manager — If you sell many identical units through a connectivity provider, keep that for distribution and use WStation for everything else.

Asked before signing up
Do I have to cancel my current software to try WStation?
No. Set up your place in WStation and keep using your current system. Run both for as long as you like during the 14 free days, and only move when you are sure.
Can you move my existing bookings for me?
Bookings on Airbnb and Booking.com come across by themselves once you connect each room's calendar. For your direct bookings and your room list, send us an export from your current system or a spreadsheet, and we will set them up in your account for you.
I run more than one property. Do I pay for each?
No. One subscription covers every business you own and everyone you invite into them, on the web, the desktop app and your phone.
What happens after the 14 days?
Choose WStation Premium at $25 a month or $240 a year if it works for you. If it doesn't, do nothing: no card was taken, so nothing is charged.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Export a backup from Settings at any time, and export invoices and expenses as CSV files laid out for Xero and QuickBooks.
Is WStation a channel manager?
It keeps Airbnb, Booking.com and other sites in step through calendar sync, which closes a night everywhere once it sells somewhere. It does not push prices, and the sites take an hour or two to read changes. That covers most small places; a large hotel with many identical rooms may still want a channel manager alongside it.
