Priced by the head

Today's view lists who is in the house and in which chalet, so the guide knows who to wait for.
- An agent emails for June
Type the dates and party size; WStation shows which chalets are free and sleep them, and prices the quote.
- Deposit lands
Record the EFT against the booking. The chalets are now held and the balance shows on the stay.
- Bar and extras
Sundowner drinks and the extra drive go on the stay, or through the till, ready for checkout.

Can WStation quote per person sharing?
Yes. Set the room's rate to per person; WStation multiplies it by the guests on that line and the nights they stay.
Can tour operators and agents be customers?
Yes. Save the agent as the customer and put their client's name on the booking, so the invoice goes to whoever pays.
Can I use it in tented camps with no reception?
Yes. It runs on a phone or tablet in the browser, and changes made offline are sent once you reconnect.
Does it work in Namibian dollars and rand?
Yes. Set the currency your business works in, and tax the way your country does — VAT, GST or sales tax.
