Asked before signing up
Does WStation collect the deposit online?
Not yet. WStation shows your bank details and a payment QR code on the quote and invoice, and you record the payment when it arrives.
Which payment methods can I record?
Cash, card, EFT/bank transfer and mobile money, each with an optional reference.
What if the guest cancels?
Cancel the booking; the deposit stays on record with its receipt. If you refund it, a credit note keeps the books right.
