How does a quotation become an invoice?
A quote becomes a booking when the guest says yes, and the booking becomes an invoice at checkout — or straight away if you invoice up front. The lines, prices and tax carry over; nothing is re-entered.
Can I invoice without a quote first?
Yes. Walk-ins and repeat guests can go straight to a booking or an invoice. The quote step is there when you need it.
Can I take part payments against an invoice?
Yes. Record a deposit, a payment at checkout, or several in between, by cash, card, EFT or mobile money. The receipt is written when it's paid in full.
Do numbers follow on from each other?
Yes. Quotations, invoices and receipts are numbered in their own series, and each document keeps its link to the stay it came from.
