It is designed for small and mid-sized properties — up to a few dozen rooms — with the 30-night occupancy grid showing them all.
Can I control what staff can see?
Yes. Staff run the desk; admins see reports, settings and the team.
Does it have a channel manager?
No. WStation is a front desk and billing system. Record OTA bookings in it so rooms are held.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and can be added to the home screen like an app.
