Calendar feed · Google, Apple, Outlook

Every booking in the calendar you already use

WStation gives your business a private calendar feed. Add it to Google Calendar, your iPhone or Outlook once, and every booking appears there as an all-day event — next to your school runs and supplier meetings.

How it works

One stay, four names, zero retyping

Every guest is one record that changes its name as they go: asked for a price, said yes, stayed, paid. Each step is one press of a button.

  1. QuotationThey ask what it costs. Rooms, nights, guests and a deposit, priced in a minute.
  2. BookingThey say yes. One click, and the room is theirs on the calendar — nobody else can have it.
  3. InvoiceThey check out. The bill is raised from what was quoted, nothing typed twice.
  4. Tax invoiceThey pay. Part or all, by cash, card or transfer — the receipt is written and it is in the books.

Questions

Asked before signing up

Does it work with an iPhone?

Yes. Use the webcal button and your iPhone subscribes in the Calendar app.

How quickly do new bookings appear?

Your calendar app refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule — Google every few hours, Apple and Outlook often sooner. WStation itself is always up to date.

Can I edit bookings from Google Calendar?

No. The feed is read-only; make changes in WStation and they flow to the feed.

Is the feed private?

Yes. The address is a long random token that search engines are told not to read. Rotate it at any time.
