What is an online booking diary?
It is the reservations book on the front desk, kept on the internet instead of paper: every booking with its guest, room, dates and money, readable from any phone or computer you sign in on.
Can my staff see the diary too?
Yes. Invite them by email as staff or admin. Everyone sees the same diary, and a room one of them books is taken for everyone.
Does it show which rooms are free?
Yes — the occupancy calendar shows every room for 7, 14 or 30 nights, and the free-room search lists what is free for any dates and party size.
What about bookings from before I had rooms set up?
Older bookings that name their room in words are matched to the room of that name, and anything without a room is listed so you can put it in one.
