Every guest is one record that changes its name as they go: asked for a price, said yes, stayed, paid. Each step is one press of a button.

  1. QuotationThey ask what it costs. Rooms, nights, guests and a deposit, priced in a minute.
  2. BookingThey say yes. One click, and the room is theirs on the calendar — nobody else can have it.
  3. InvoiceThey check out. The bill is raised from what was quoted, nothing typed twice.

Which features are free?

Everything on this page is in WStation today and free to start. Try it in your browser without signing up; create a free account to keep your records.

Do I have to use every feature?

No. Switch modules off in Settings and they disappear from the menu. Many owners start with quotes and the calendar and add the rest later.

What doesn't WStation do?

It doesn't take card payments online, change your prices on Airbnb or Booking.com, or replace a real-time channel manager. Calendar sync closes nights every 30 minutes; payments are recorded, not processed.
