Every guest is one record that changes its name as they go: asked for a price, said yes, stayed, paid. Each step is one press of a button.
- QuotationThey ask what it costs. Rooms, nights, guests and a deposit, priced in a minute.
- BookingThey say yes. One click, and the room is theirs on the calendar — nobody else can have it.

Does the guest need a WStation account?
No. They open the link in any browser and accept or ask a question. Nothing to sign up for or install.
Can I still send a PDF?
Yes. Every quotation also prints to a clean one-page A4 PDF.
Does accepting book the room automatically?
Accepting marks the quote accepted and tells you. You press Book it, so you stay in control if the dates were taken in the meantime — WStation checks the room is still free.
Is it free?
Yes. Quote links come with a free WStation account.
