Is WStation's booking system free?
You can use it free, straight away, in your browser — no card and no download. Create an account when you want your records kept and shared with your team.
How does it stop double bookings?
Each room is a record of its own. A booking, or a stay already invoiced, holds its room for its nights. Any new quote or booking that wants the same room on any of those nights is refused with the name of the booking in the way. Open quotes show on the calendar but do not block — the first guest to say yes gets the room.
Can a guest leave and the next one arrive on the same day?
Yes. A stay holds its nights, from check-in up to the morning of check-out, so a changeover day is never counted as a clash.
Does it work for campsites, chalets and dorm beds?
Anything that can be sold once a night is a room in WStation: a chalet, a tent, a campsite, a bed in a dorm. Give each a name, how many it sleeps and its rate.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. WStation runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and changes made with no signal are kept and sent once you are back online.
