What counts as a "room" in WStation?

Anything you sell once a night: a room, a chalet, a tent, a campsite, a dorm bed, a whole cottage. Give it a name, how many it sleeps and its rate.

How big a property can use it?

It is designed for small and mid-sized places — from a couple of rooms to a few dozen — run by owners and small teams.

Can one login run more than one property?

Yes. Each property keeps its own rooms, team, branding and books, and you switch between them.

Does it take online bookings from guests?

WStation is your desk, not a booking widget: you record enquiries, quotes, bookings and payments, however they came in — phone, email, WhatsApp, walk-in or another website.
