- QuotationThey ask what it costs. Rooms, nights, guests and a deposit, priced in a minute.
- BookingThey say yes. One click, and the room is theirs on the calendar — nobody else can have it.
- InvoiceThey check out. The bill is raised from what was quoted, nothing typed twice.
- Tax invoiceThey pay. Part or all, by cash, card or transfer — the receipt is written and it is in the books.

Asked before signing up
Is WStation on Google Play or the App Store?
Not yet — the native apps are being prepared for both stores. Today you install WStation from the browser in a few seconds, and it opens like an app.
What happens to work done offline?
It shows immediately and waits in an outbox on the phone. When the connection returns it is sent in the order you made it. Documents made offline get their final numbers when they sync.
What if two people edit offline at the same time?
The server checks every change when it arrives — for example, a room booked by someone else in the meantime is refused, and the change is shown in the sync sheet to fix.
