What goes on a WStation quotation?
Your logo and details, the guest, who prepared it, how long it is valid, each room with its dates and guests, extras, tax, the total, and the deposit needed to secure the booking — with your bank details and a QR code if you want them.
Can I send the quote as a PDF?
Yes. Every quotation prints to a clean one-page A4 sheet, so you can save it as a PDF from any browser and send it by email or WhatsApp.
What happens when the guest says yes?
Press Book it. The quote becomes a booking with the same lines and prices, the room is held on the calendar, and later the same lines become the invoice and the receipt.
Does it handle VAT, GST or sales tax?
Yes — VAT, GST/HST or US sales tax, prices with or without tax included, a separate rate for accommodation, or no tax at all.
