Asked before signing up
Can I check in a guest who has no booking?
Yes. Walk-in check-in on Today, Stays or Bookings writes the booking (already arrived), the invoice and, for whatever they pay now, the tax invoice. No quotation needed, and the money lands in your income straight away.
What happens at check-out?
WStation raises the invoice from the booking — rooms, nights, extras and deposit already on it — takes the payment by cash, card, EFT or mobile money, writes the tax invoice and marks the room for cleaning.
Can my receptionist use it without seeing the books?
Yes. Give them the staff or tiller role. Tillers get the till and the front desk by default, and a manager decides whether they may see income, print tax invoices or pay out of the drawer.
Does it work on a tablet at reception?
Yes — any browser on any tablet, phone or computer. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
