Questions
Asked before signing up
Do I need to type the invoice myself?
No. The invoice is written from the booking: rooms, nights, guests, extras and prices are already there. Add anything bought during the stay and issue it.
Can I add bar and restaurant charges to the room bill?
Yes. Add them as lines on the stay, or ring them up on the till for guests who pay as they go.
Does it handle a separate tax rate for accommodation?
Yes. Some countries tax rooms at a different rate from food and other goods. WStation can apply a separate rate to accommodation lines.
Can I send the invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Each invoice prints to a clean A4 page, so you can save it as a PDF and email or WhatsApp it.
